The ARC Staff Briefing is a 60-minute session designed to inform you of the College's Annual Review Conversation process, which replaces the PRDP process. By the end of the session, you will:

• Have a clear understanding of the principles of the ARC process
• Have clarity on what you need to do, and you can prepare for your ARC
• Know where to find ARC resources and wider support
